• Location Information: Coarse or precise location (only with your explicit permission) to help pre-fill your delivery address or confirm service availability in your area.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment: Processing your cart items, confirming order status, and dispatching products to your delivery address.
2. Delivery Coordination: Sharing recipient address and contact number with designated delivery personnel to ensure accurate delivery.

• Delivery & Logistics Partners: We share your delivery address, name, and phone number with courier services and delivery drivers solely for completing delivery of your orders.

Account & Data Deletion Request: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time. You can initiate account deletion directly using our online request form below or by contacting our data officer at surajbanthu@gmail.com. Upon verification, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our active servers within 30 days.

The Shubhari Store Application is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without verified parental/guardian consent. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such data from our servers.

You have full control over your personal information on Shubhari Store:

• Access & Update: View and edit your profile details, address book, and contact info inside the app.
• Notification Preferences: Manage push notifications and promotional message preferences in your device settings.
• Location Access: Grant or revoke location permissions at any time via your device settings.
• Request Data Deletion: Submit an account deletion request using Section 12 below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app features, legal requirements, or operational practices.
